Williamstown to Hobart - The best way to travel to Hobart for the Wooden Boat Festival is  aboard a Wooden Tall Ship!
Sail from Melbourne through Bass Strait along the north east coast  of Tasmania then up the Derwent River to Hobart.
No experience is nessecary to enjoy this sail.

Williamstown to Hobart
Day 1 – Depart on the 29th of January 2009 from Boyd Jetty Williamstown at 11am     
Day 2 – Clear Port Phillip Heads
Day 3 – Bass Straight
Day 4 – At Sea (Stop at Wilson’s Promontory)
Day 5 – At Sea
Day 6 – At Sea (Possible stop King Island)
Day 7 – Entrance to South-East Tasmania area
Day 8 – Arrive into Hobart 4pm on the 5th of February 2009 at Elizabeth St. Pier.

Hobart to Port Davey - Sail from Hobart to the last great wilderness on Earth. The Port Davey heritage area is untouched and only reachable by plane or boat. Spend time exploring this area with your own enviromental guide.
Costing $1575 per person this includes your flight back to Hobart

Port Davey to Hobart - Fly into Port Davey and explore this amazing wilderness with your own local guide. This great untouched wilderness is listed as a World Heritage Area.  After this you then sail around the south west coast back to Hobart.
