Have
you ever imagined steering a tall ship by only the stars? Climbing the
rigging in the early morning light to loose the tops'l? Having a big
hearty breakfast whilst anchored in a still cove?
Enterprize
has a number of these sailing adventures for 2011/2012 that will allow
you to take part in all these activities and more. An Overnight
Adventure sail departs from Williamstown on a Friday evening and for
the following 24 hours you will be immersed in all aspects of sailing
an 1800's tall ship.
Enterprize
is one of the most accurate tall ship replicas in the Southern
Hemisphere today and her volunteer crew takes pride in handling her in
that same traditional way.
Whether
you are an experienced yachts-man or a tall ship enthusiast an
Overnight Adventure is a great way to experience a past age. All meals
are included and guest crew sleep in bunk style accommodation in our
main saloon. You are also welcome to bring along a bottle of wine for
dinner if you so desire. (And your charger for that camera!).
Enterprize
actively encourages people to get involved and this includes climbing
the rigging, steering the ship and helping with the navigation. Enjoy
