Enterprize ‘returns' to Melbourne, September 2011

Enterprize, the replica of Melbourne's founding ship, relocated its home port to Docklands on Friday 9th September 2011. 

The Trustees' decision to relocate to Docklands will bring Enterprize closer to the city she represents and make this unique sailing experience more accessible to Melburnians. 

The move will mark the end of a 14 year association with Williamstown, a suburb of Melbourne with its own strong maritime heritage and colonial history.

As in previous years, Enterprize will continue to operate from its traditional ports of Williamstown, Geelong, Portarlington, Rye and now Docklands. Coastal voyages to Victorian ports will also continue.
